PAYMENT & FEES
Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You will be required to leave a substantial deposit if your pet is admitted to the hospital. We make every effort to estimate the cost of your pet's care prior to, and during his or her treatment, thereby keeping you constantly assessed of progress and financial commitment. We also offer qualified applicants delayed billing through CareCredit.

You can get to our office by public transportation:
The R, V, G trains at the 67th Avenue stop- exit on the North Side of Queens Blvd
By Bus, the Q60, get off at the corner of 67th Avenue , by the Dunkin Donuts or CVS Pharmacy
Landmarks to look for are the Tower Diner and The Ohr Natan Center

Trylon Vet Care is open 6 days a week. To allow for ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointments; emergencies will always be accommodated.
Like humans, pets do not synchronize their illnesses with our appointment book, and surgical procedures sometimes take longer than planned, so an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time, and a phone call is appreciated I an appointment needs to be rescheduled. Your understanding is appreciated and we will give all our clients the same attention when it is your turn.
