PAYMENT & FEES
Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You will be required to leave a substantial deposit if your pet is admitted to the hospital. We make every effort to estimate the cost of your pet's care prior to, and during his or her treatment, thereby keeping you constantly assessed of progress and financial commitment. We also offer qualified applicants delayed billing through CareCredit.

You can get to our office by public transportation: The E, F, R, M trains at the 71st Continental Avenue stop. Make a right onto Austin Street and walk heading towards Yellowstone Blvd.
By Bus- the Q60 and get off by MacDonald Park near Yellowstone Blvd, walk up to Austin Street and turn left.
The Q23 bus along Austin Street stops near the Eddie Bauer Store.
We are on the -ground floor of the NSLIJ Medical Building and near the 112th Precinct
CONTACT AND HOURS OF OPERATIONS
Trylon Vet Care - Austin Street Vet Center is open 6 days a week. To allow for ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointments; emergencies will always be accommodated. For the first few weeks of our re-opening our hours will vary and we please ask that you call before you come in for pick ups or appointments. We will have set hours soon but for now they weill vary.
Like humans, pets do not synchronize their illnesses with our appointment book, and surgical procedures sometimes take longer than planned, so an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time, and a phone call is appreciated I an appointment needs to be rescheduled. Your understanding is appreciated and we will give all our clients the same attention when it is your turn.
